The Scholar's Choice

Bringing Books to Readers Worldwide Through Exhibits at Academic Conferences

Our Company

Tom Prins founded The Scholar’s Choice as a book exhibit company in 1983 after years of scholarly book selling. Working from his home, Tom attended 16 conferences that first year. Right from the start, The Scholar’s Choice met a need in the scholarly publishing community by bringing the newest and best scholarship to specialized academic meetings.

Our ability to successfully display, market, and sell books has fueled our growth. Today, we are a fully incorporated company located in Rochester, New York, with a staff of full-time professionals. In addition, our part-time exhibitors, located throughout the country, also staff conferences for us.
